Perfume is classified into two categories; they are the traditional and the modern ones. The traditional perfumes came into existence around 1900. Some examples of traditional perfumes are amber, wood, floral bouquet, etc. where as the modern perfumes emerged during the year 1945. Bright floral, fruity, citrus are some of the examples of modern perfumes. Perfumes for women are much lighter in fragrance in comparison to male perfumes, which are also sometimes used as cologne for men. Cologne makes a man smell more attractive and helps him to grab female attention, and this is also true for women perfumes.
