As an internet marketer from an Asian Countries, there are lots of aspects would be problematic running an online business. Anyone with a little internet marketing experience would be aware that the U.S. market is huge. However, if you are not located in the U.S., you might find yourself losing a lot of profitable business opportunities.
Take ecommerce as an example, if you are aiming at the U.S. market, even though you could find a wide range of dropshippers who would gladly handle shipping for you, but how about customer services. Althought you could easily get a free toll free number using business hosting packages and there are a lot of telephone company available for you to convert your customers’ call directly to your cell phone, what if you are not fluent in English?
You may also say that you could easily hire a freelancer in the market to deal with this area for you at a very affordable price, how about in a situation where your orders go wrong? It is only natural that customers tend to demand your immediate responses, thus, if you are located far away from the U.S., you would end up having a lot of anxious customers and it is enough for you to be out of business.
